Smith as inventors, which was published as U.S. patent application Ser. No. 2002/0149737A, now abandoned, which itself was a continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 09/663,346, filed Sep. 15, 2000, now U.S. Pat. No. 6,412,942 B1, issued Jul. 2, 2002, entitled “Eyeglass Accessory Frame, Eyeglass Device, and Method of Forming a Magnetic Eyeglass Appliance”, naming James Archie McKenna and Greg S. Smith as inventors, the disclosure of which is incorporated by reference.
