The invention relates to a seating device in the form of seat furniture or for placing on seat furniture. Said device comprises a seating element (2) which can be pivoted transversally to the seating direction in relation to a support element (8) about at least one axis (3). + Sitzvorrichtung als Sitzmöbel oder zur Auflage auf einem Sitzmöbel 20 Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Sitzvorrichtung als Sitzmöbel oder zur Auflage auf einem Sitzmöbel mit einem Sitzteil, welches gegenüber einem Auflageelement quer zur Sitzrichtung um zumindest eine Achse schwenkbar ist.
25.Derartige Sitzvorrichtungen sind in vielfältiger Form und Ausführung auf dem Markt bekannt und gebräuchlich. Hierzu wird auf das Deutsche Gebrauchsmuster DE 299 01 774 sowie auf die Deutsche Patentanmeldung DE 100 03 843 verwiesen. Dort ist eine ähnliche Sitzvorrichtung zur Auflage auf 30 einem Sitzmöbel beispielsweise als dynamische Sitzhilfe beschrieben. Nachteilig ist, dass insbesondere eine lineare Bewegung des Sitzteiles nur apparativ sehr aufwendig erfolgt, was unerwünscht ist. Hierzu sind sehr viele BESTÄTIGUNGSKO.PIE Bauteile notwendig, um einerseits eine Verstellung eines Sitzteiles linear gegenüber einem Auflageelement zuzulassen und gleichzeitig festzulegen.
