A mouthpiece is disclosed which comprises an inner layer material (2, 2a, 2b) put on an inside surface of an outer layer material (1) which is substantially U-shaped so as to cover a row of teeth in a loosely fitted state. The inner layer material comprises an ethylene vinyl-acetate copolymer having a softening point higher than an ordinary temperature in an oral cavity and lower than the highest temperature that an oral cavity can endure. The outer layer material comprises a synthetic resin harmless to a human body and having a softening point higher than the softening point of the inner layer material.
