[Class 97 (i)] [Also in Group XV] Spectacle or other optical frames are provided with grooves or cavities into which colouring matter may be introduced so that the apparent colour of the frame may be readily changed. Fig. I shows a groove a made in the back of the frame to contain colouring material such as wax or water paint. In Fig. II the frame contains a cavity a into which coloured liquid or fabric may be introduced by ducts b. Alternatively light-weight attachments whose colour can be readily changed may be fitted to the frames by clips.
