Abstract:     PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new alcoholic beverage easy to produce and excellent in taste.
    SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for producing the alcoholic beverage comprising addition of soap stock extract liquid obtained by extracting raw material of soap stock with water or a mixed solvent of water and ethanol to alcoholic beverage. The preferable raw material of soap stock is at least one selected from dried bonito, dried tuna, dried tangle, dried shiitake mushroom and Agaricus blazei, and distilled spirit or liqueur is preferred as the alcoholic beverage. The soap stock extract is preferably added to the alcoholic beverage so that the solid content of the soap stock extract is 0.3-1.5% by mass in the beverage.
