Abstract: Anti-VH3-15 idiotypic antibody materials, hybridomas producing this antibody material and methods for using these to detect, isolate and purify VH3-15 polypeptides. Also provided in the present invention are nucleic acid molecules encoding anti-VH3-15 antibody material and methods for using these molecules to detect, isolate and purify VH3-15 nucleic acid sequences.
