What is a Family Legal Status report?
The Family Legal Status report is an easy to access report that lets you view the legal status for all members of a patent family in a single view.

The Family Legal Status report is available at no additional charge to Unlimited users, and on a transaction basis to Premier users for $5 per view. You will not be charged if no family legal status information is available for the family members (legal status information for the source patent is available as part of the Integrated View).
Basic users will not have access to this report.

Access the Family Legal Status report from the Delphion Integrated View. The link is located to the right of the INPADOC Legal Status field in the body of the Integrated View.
The INPADOC link (Show legal status actions) displays the legal status for the one patent represented by that Integrated View.
The Get Now: Family Legal Status Report link displays the report with legal status information for all members of the patent family.

The Family Legal Status report has the following features:
- At the top of the report, a Codes shown field that allows you to select to see All legal status codes for the family, only Positive legal status codes for the family, or only Negative legal status codes for the family.
- A list at the top of the report that shows you all the patents listed in the report and gives you the ability to Jump directly to the Status for individual patents.
- A link with each family member patent to a reference showing all possible legal status codes for the country of origin for that particular patent.
- Printer friendly format.
