Changing Your Password

Use this function to:
Change your password to ensure that no one else can use your account.

How to change your password:
  1. Log into the site with your current password.
  2. Click My Account on the main navigation bar.
  3. Delphion returns the My Account page.
  4. From the Account Information section, click the Change Password link.
  5. Delphion returns the Change Password page.
  6. On the Change Password page, enter Old Password, New Password, and re-enter your new password in the Verify New Password field.
  7. Click Change Password to process your request.
  8. Delphion returns the My Account page with a message indicating that your password has been successfully changed.

You are now logged in with your new password.

If you have forgotten your password…

Use this function to:
Reset your password when you have forgotten it.

How to reset your password:
  1. From any login box, click the Forgot your password? link.
  2. Delphion returns the Forgotten Password page.
  3. Enter your User Name and click Continue.
    NOTE: If you have forgotten your User Name, please contact ts.custserv@thomson.com.

  4. If you do not have a security question on file with Delphion Research, a new password will be emailed to the address you gave us when you set up your account.

  5. If you do have a security question on file with Delphion Research, the Reset Password page displays.
  6. In the Security Answer field, enter the answer to your Security Question.
    NOTE: If you cannot remember the answer to your security question, please contact ts.custserv@thomson.com to have your password reset.
  7. In the New Password field, enter a new password.
    NOTE: Passwords should be 5-8 alpha/numeric characters. Spaces are not allowed. Passwords are case sensitive.
  8. Re-enter your Password in the Verify Password field.
  9. Click Reset Password.
  10. You will be logged into Delphion Research and the Quick/Number Search page displays.

Changing Your Registration (Personal) Information

Use this function to:
Change the personal information you entered at the time of registration — or add additional information not provided at the time of registration. Changes and additions that can be made include:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Default Order Annotation
  • Industry
  • Role
  • Company
  • Password
  • Security Question and Answer
  • Contact Preference
NOTE: To change Credit Card and billing information, go to My Account, Billing Information, Credit Cards.

How to change your registration (personal) information:
  1. Log into the site with your current password.
  2. Click My Account on the main navigation bar.
  3. Delphion returns the My Account page.
  4. From the Account Information section, click the Registration Information link.
  5. Delphion returns the Confirm Your Registration Information page.
  6. On the Confirm Your Registration Information page, change any of the information shown in the fields provided — or add any new information you want included.
  7. Click Update My Registration to process your request.
  8. Delphion returns the Registration Is Changed page confirming that your information has been successfully changed.
Your account is now updated and you are still logged in.
