Delphion's new Shared Work Files let you do all this and more. Share Work Files with individuals, your whole company or group, or the public. Recipients have view-only access, but any Work File edits you make are reflected in the Work File they see.
Work File sharing is only available to Delphion's Premier and Unlimited subscribers. Delphion's Basic users can see Work Files that have been shared with them, but cannot initiate Work File sharing.
It's easy, try it. From your Work File Administration page, just choose to share one of your Work Files, choose with whom to share it, then share. It's fast and secure. Work Files, Delphion's great productivity tool, just got collaborative.

Work Files Just Keep Getting Better
You asked for more Work File administration options and we listened. We are pleased to offer a variety of ways to organize your Work Files and the ability to set and save the number of items per page you want displayed when viewing a Work File.
Sorting Options
On your Work File Administration page, you can now organize your Work Files by sorting them based on ID, name, date modified, description, or number of items in the Work File. The sort order you choose will be saved from session to session, and will be the reflected in the Work File drop-down box on your Result Set.
Items Per Page Display Options
When creating, editing, cloning, or merging Work Files, you can now specify the number of items per page you want displayed whenever a Work File is viewed. Users who prefer to view more than the default of 20 items no longer need to adjust the items per page each time a Work File is viewed.
