Delphion® Infrastructure Upgrade Update

Work is well underway on the upcoming infrastructure upgrade and relocation of Delphion to its new, state-of-the-art hosting facility. The new hardware has been installed and is configured. The new equipment is now connected to the network, and we are completing the data transfer process as well as installation of the Delphion application on the hardware.

As mentioned in our previous newsletter, the system will be available as usual until the move date but there will be an outage over a weekend to complete the cut-over. Our current plans call for the work to be completed by mid-March — we will continue to update you as those plans progress.

We are all excited about being able to provide you with these service upgrades and we appreciate your understanding during this transition period. These upgrades will ensure continued scalability of the system and provide noticeable improvements in site performance.

If you have questions or concerns, please let us know at feedback@delphion.com.
