New Enhancements Added to Delphion Integrated View
Based on your feedback, we've further improved the way we present patent information through our exclusive Delphion Integrated View. We now show in its own field a patent's maintenance status, which indicates if the USPTO has reported a U.S. patent as lapsed due to unpaid fees or other special conditions. Previously, this information was included next to the Issue/Filed Date field. We've also expanded the maintenance-status code descriptions to provide more precise information about the reason a patent has been reported as lapsed.
In addition, from the U.S. Reference table you can now choose to generate a new Result Set that shows all the U.S. patents that reference or are referenced by a certain patent. You can also continue to link to a Result Set that shows the patents that reference your selected patent.

U.S. Patent Application PDFs Now Available Faster
You can now access the PDFs of U.S. patent applications within just two business days of the USPTO’s release of the application data. The full-text of the applications will continue to be made available to you on Thursday of each week, and the images will now be available on the Monday immediately following.
