Delphion recently completed the promised installation of additional patent image download servers. The additional capacity provided by these servers will improve PDF download speed for many customers.

Both pre-grant applications and granted patents are now included in DWPI. Coverage starts with data published December 4, 2004. The Indian patent data will soon be available in DWPI within two weeks from publication date. The inclusion of Indian patent data is significant because recent changes in Indian patent laws are expected to generate a dramatic increase in Indian patent activity.

On June 15, 2005, Libya (LY) became the 127th WIPO Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Contracting State. The PCT will enter into force for that state on September 15, 2005.
