Work Files enable users to create and save personalized lists of patents. Users can refer back to their Work Files any time and use them with other productivity tools like Snapshot and Data Extract to leverage their results for better insights.
Snapshot enables users to get a quick, visual analysis of a Result Set or Work File using bar charts. With Snapshot, users can intuitively assess their search results, prioritize their efforts and dynamically refine their searches even further.
Data Extract lets users export key patent data from up to 20,000 records into other applications. This enables users to leverage their patent research in entirely new ways. For example, users can incorporate research findings into a spreadsheet for further analysis, or include them in a report or presentation.
PDF Express saves users time by enabling them to download multiple patents in batch mode versus opening them one at a time. Users receive a zip file and a list of the downloaded patents that they can save to their local drive.
