And Shared Work Files facilitate the kind of collaboration that is necessary for legal teams to be effective. These features, combined with the content already existing on Westlaw, create a one-stop-shop for legal patent researchers."
Westlaw patent content includes major primary and analytical patent resources as well as the KeyCite Patent Citator, giving legal professionals quick, easy access to key information and relevant documents pertaining to U.S. patents. Westlaw also currently offers legal professionals doing patent research information such as cases, statutes and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) decisions and administrative content; analytical materials; litigation information; prior art sources; and news and information.
