We are thrilled that you have decided to join the Thomson Scientific Customer Panel. As a member of our Panel, you will be part of an exclusive group of key customers who are driving our future product strategy.
You will be asked to participate in periodic short (5-10 minute) surveys in order to:
- provide feedback on specific Thomson Scientific products and services,
- answer questions about your needs and preferences,
- evaluate future product concepts and prototypes, and
- offer any ideas you may have for additions and improvements.
Our intent is to make this Customer Panel as productive as possible without requiring large time commitments from members.
As a member of the Panel, we ask that you complete brief Web surveys in a timely manner periodically throughout the year. You will be surveyed an average of once per month, and we ask that you complete each survey to the best of your ability.
Be assured that all information you provide will remain completely confidential at all times. In addition, if at any time you decide you no longer wish to participate on our Panel, you can choose to be removed, and we will stop sending you surveys immediately.
To start the process, please complete the following 10-minute profile -– it will help us get to know you a little better so we can send you surveys that are relevant to your interests. Once you complete the profile, you will receive a confirmation letter explaining your role in the panel and what you can expect as a member.
